The staff demonstrated genuine care and were helpful , readily assisting with any inquiries. The bathroom offered generous space , allowing for comfortable movement. I appreciated the on-site washer and dryer access . The location provided easy access to various attractions and transportation options.

The hotel is well-situated for exploring , as it allows easy access to transportation. The bus stop is within a short five-minute walk , providing convenient travel options. Both the hankyu line and the randen train are easily accessible , promoting wider exploration.

The staff was very polite and helpful , addressing all my needs promptly. Upon arrival on rainy days , umbrellas were available for borrowing , which i found very useful. Full housekeeping services were available upon request , catering well to my requirements.

excellent stay in a prime location
spacious bathroom convenient lounge respectful staff
The room was beautiful and featured a spacious bathroom with separate areas for wet and dry use. A convenient lounge area was available for use throughout the day and evening. The reception staff were very courteous , and the location was quiet and close to Karasuma station. The hotel provided water daily along with coffee sachets in the room.
The pillows were not really comfortable , and a strange smell lingered in the room .

The hotel enjoys proximity to Nijo Castle and the main street, Karasuma dori. Several restaurants are located nearby , and the lounge offered complimentary coffee and tea. The immediate surroundings are quiet.

Acceptable stay with disappointing cleanliness
poor room service floor stains
The hotel's location was good, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The room service was quite disappointing. The room wasn't cleaned daily (i stayed for several days). They only replaced towels and took out the garbage, there were some stains on the floor too. It felt less luxurious than expected (especially considering the price).
